Meat ordered online is freshly cut by our expert butchers, packed in temperature controlled boxes and delivered countrywide by a national courier. Our butchers are time served craftsmen with years of experience and training in how to prepare the finest cuts from carefully sourced and selected whole carcases. All of our butchers have a wealth of experience having worked in different areas of the meat trade and the skill they apply to their work ensures the highest standards which will satisfy even the most discerning of clients. Above all we are traditional butchers using skills learnt and passed down from generation to generation.

Our beef carcases are specially selected from old fashioned breeds of cattle like Hereford, Devon Red Rubys, Galloways, Black Angus, Highlands and Welsh Blacks. These traditional breeds have a good covering of fat which gives the meat a succulent flavour and tenderness. We pride ourselves in only working with suppliers who understand the importance of breeding, feeding and the welfare of the animals they rear. Additionally all of our traditional joints and steaks with have been dry aged for 25 days improving the flavour of the meat.

Pig

Pork cuts are produced from outdoor reared pig breeds such as Middle Whites, Landraces, Old Spots, & Hampshire Hogs. These breeds also produce a good covering of fat to give succulent meat and really crispy crackling!

We believe that great fresh meat should be readily available, right to your doorstep. To do this, our new website will allow you to order all your meat requirements, directly from your living room, directly from the butcher.
