Scottish beef, 28 day hung from UK – individual steaks approx. 113g (4oz)

Cut from the sirloin, all our minute steaks come from traditional British breed cattle, fed on a mixture of grass and corn. These cattle have been free roaming all their lives in the Scottish countryside. Our minute stakes have been aged on the bone for 28 days. They then have been fat trimmed and cut thin for quick cooking.

Storage and handling

Fridge: Place it in the fridge as soon as you receive your delivery. Place it in the coldest part of the fridge.

Freezer: Freeze as soon as you get your delivery. Defrost completely before cooking. It can be kept for up to four months.

Cooks tips

For best results, cook on a hot, pre-heated grill or barbeque or pan fried using a heavy or ribbed pan. This steak is an excellent to use in sandwiches.
