Rib eye steaks are growing in popularity and offer rich, juicy favour and a texture that is succulent & delicious. Rib eye has a marbled appearance and contains a core ribbon of fat that melts when cooking to give an extra delicious succulent taste. Our rib eye steaks are from prime British cattle breeds that are free to roam in the Scottish countryside.

Storage and handling

Fridge: Place it in the fridge as soon as you receive your delivery. Place it in the coldest part of the fridge.

Freezer: Freeze as soon as you get your delivery. Defrost completely before cooking. It can be kept for up to four months.

Cooks tips

For great results rib eye steaks are best pan fried. For the perfect meal, serve with fat chips, grilled tomato, mushroom and bernaise sauce and garnish with fresh watercress.
