Storage and handling

Fridge: Store for up to 2 days in their original packaging, though take care they’re not close to foods which might contaminate them with other flavours.

Freezer: Freeze within the first 2 days of purchase and be careful that they’re fully defrosted before gently cooking over an initially moderate heat. If frozen, consume within 3 months.

Cooks tips

These high quality duck legs work especially well in a marinade, where their range of rich flavours can properly develop. Alternatively, try them oven baked along with delicious and zingy red cabbage coleslaw.
