Our guinea fowls are young, free-ranging and reared on specially selected environmentally friendly farms that are renowned for the excellent quality and tenderness of their birds.

Storage and handling

Fridge: Store in its original packaging in the coldest part of your fridge for up to two days

Freezer: Wrap in heavy duty polythene bags and seal. Freeze within two days of purchase, you can keep it in the freezer for up to six months. Defrost at room temperature before cooking.

Cooks tips

Similar to chicken, our Guinea fowl meat requires very little preparation. It can be cooked in the same ways as chicken and can be marinated prior to grilling or barbequing. If preferred, try pan frying in a little oil or butter. For the meat to remain at its succulen best, do not overcook.
