Ethically sourced, these are one of our most popular items for a smaller meal. They make a great alternative to beef steaks. These delicious steaks have the bone left in by our master butchers and are cut straight through the leg. They are a quality, tender cut of meat from the top of the leg. They just sizzle and burst with flavour and are amazingly good. The meat is so tender that you can’t resist eating more, which is why many of our customers purchase in bulk for convenience. Our lamb steaks have a rich, juicy flavour with enough fat to prevent the meat from drying out.

Storage and handling

Fridge: Refrigerate your lamb steaks for 3 days whilst fresh.

Freezer: Freeze on the day of purchase and eat within 3 months. Place in sealed, polythene bags or in a rigid, airtight, container; they may be cooked from frozen if heated gently.

Cooks tips

These steaks are great cooked on the barbeque. They are also perfect for frying or grilling. They are also are great marinated.
