These are more commonly known as spare ribs and are cut by our butchers from the rib part of the belly. The rind and excess fat are removed and the ribs are then cut into single boneless strips. They contain much more juicy tender meat than an average rib due to the size and the quality of the meat. It comes as no surprise they are fit for a king.
Fridge: Place in the coldest part of the fridge. Use within three days.
Freezing: Store in your freezer for 3 months, separating with waxed paper. Pack in sealed, polythene bags or a rigid, airtight container.
