The Porterhouse steak, from Scotland, is the ultimate steak. It consists of a Sirloin and Fillet steak which is separated by a bone in the middle. This steak will satisfy a large appetite or it could be shared.

Storage and handling

Fridge: Place it in the fridge as soon as you receive your delivery. Place it in the coldest part of the fridge.

Freezer: Freeze as soon as you get your delivery. Defrost completely before cooking. It can be kept for up to four months.
