One of the most popular and perfect Sunday roast joints - Roast Beef; the topside joint offers full flavour in a meat cut that you can trust. All Meat No Veg beef is fully certificated and is cut from British beef breeds carefully reared on diets of natural grass and corn on our selected farms in Scotland.

Storage and handling

Fridge: Place it in the fridge as soon as you receive your delivery. Place in the coldest part of the fridge.

Freezer: Freeze as soon as you get your delivery. Defrost completely before cooking. It can be kept for up to four months.

Cooks tips

The beef topside is boneless, very lean and ideal for slow oven cooking or pot roasting. Best served rare or medium rare carved into thin slices. Allow beef taken from the fridge to warm to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
