Sourced from one of the leading free range farms, it has been reared in optimum conditions, creating a product that leaves a taste sensation. Storage and handling

Fridge: Best enjoyed fresh, our smoked duck breast can be kept in the coldest part of the fridge for up to three days. If left unopened, the duck can be kept in its original packaging. Otherwise, place in an airtight container such as a Tupperware dish.

Freezer: To freeze, make sure the meat is tightly wrapped so that none of it is exposed. Ensure it is properly labelled and dated. To thaw, it is best left in the fridge overnight. Remove and allow to stand at room temperature.

Cooks tips

Enjoy it cold and thinly sliced to get the most out of this aromatic meat. Smoked duck breast works well on crackers, blinis and accompanied by olives, feta or stilton. It’s unbeatable for haute cuisine picnics al fresco, or on winter nights for a romantic, cosy treat, tucked up by the fireside. Feel good and indulge.
