We supply only the finest Dutch Rose veal, recognised as some of the best available. Veal with its milder flavour and softer texture than beef, offers superb taste. The veal we supply meets the rigorous standards we demand and is from calves reared on farms in social groups that have been well cared for and fed on well balanced diet of multigrain and milk.
Fridge: Place in the fridge, in the coolest place until required
Freezer: Freeze as soon as you receive them and defrost completely before use. Can be kept for up to six months.
As veal is lower in fat than many meats, care must be taken in preparation to ensure that it does not become tough. Rose veal rump tastes fantastic griddled with roasted ceps and a walnut & mixed leaf salad.
