Lamb Cutlets with Rosemary and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 lamb loin chops
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 springs rosemary, finely chopped
• fresh mint leaves
• 3 tbsp olive oil


How to prepare

1.    Preheat a barbecue or grill

2.    Combine the garlic, mint, rosemary and olive oil, in a bowl and mix well. Brush the chops with it on both sides.

3.    Cook the four lamb chops for about three minutes on each side – to the point where the meat is slightly pink on the inside.
